I think my mom is a really strong person, and I'm just blessed to have three parents in my life ... Tina and Matthew have been like a mother and father . I call them my aunt and uncle. I'm wearing a relaxer and color (a subtle purple hue!) on my short hair, so weekly trims really help a lot. It's also important to rember to take some time out to exercise-because it really keeps your energy level up. We have a (fitness) trainer, and he's about to start us running in the morning. We also work out with arm weights and do about 100 crunches daily. I'm a firm believer in facial masks, and tweezing eyebrows, always making your face look fresh and clean. Kelly wears short hair extrodinaire. This easy look can be achieved with a short cut and a wrap set. The hair is beveled all over with a small curling iron, and a soft spiked bang is created to frame the face. When it comes to my hair, I believe in a good conditioner. I think that it is the secret to long, lasting beautiful hair. I also recommend facials. Facials are really good for the skin. Right now, Im using th enew Rock. Have you ever heard of it? They have a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. I also use Kiehl's dry soap. Well, actually its a little easier when you have short hair, expect when it gets closer to the time I have to go get a perm. My buckshorts start nappying up! I get a perm every month. The reason I have to get it so often is because my hair grows so fast and Im always cutting it. That keeps the hair so healthy. I like keeping it short.
