FABRIZIO MORETTI NOT READY FOR MARRIAGE
04/01/2006
THE STROKES drummer FABRIZIO MORETTI has laughed off speculation he is planning to marry DREW BARRYMORE, insisting he is not ready for such a serious commitment.

The 25-year-old musician admits to being head-over-heels in love with the 30-year-old CHARLIE'S ANGELS actress, but is frightened by the prospect of tying the knot while he is still so young.

He says, "No, you definitely don't hear wedding bells.

"We're very happy and we love each other very much but I don't think I'd be ready to get married any time soon."

The couple have been dating since summer 2002.

Alien classic tops family film poll
23-Dec-05
ET the Extra-Terrestrial has been voted the greatest family film of all time.

Steven Spielberg's classic movie, starring Henry Thomas and Drew Barrymore, topped a poll for Channel 4.

The classic came in ahead of family favourites including The Wizard Of Oz and The Sound Of Music.

The story of an alien trying to make his way back home was released in 1982.

Animated adventure Shrek was second, followed by Mary Poppins.

Pirates Of The Caribbean was fourth, ahead of Toy Story, The Lion King and Back To The Future.

Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory, which starred Gene Wilder and was released in 1971, was voted into eighth place - but there was no place for the recent Johnny Depp version of the story.

Star Wars was ninth and The Wizard Of Oz tenth.
Other films in the top 20 included The Lord Of The Rings, Finding Nemo and Harry Potter.
